Instagram and WhatsApp are not available for exchange requests.
Please submit your request through our website via the Exchange Request page in the Support section to make the process faster, smoother, and avoid any delays or misunderstandings caused by requests sent through Instagram or WhatsApp.Please note that all requests take up to 2 reviewing days maximum.

Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery through our courier. Once the order is received, returns will no longer be accepted.

Size exchange must be done within a maximum of 72 HOURS of receiving the order.

The items must be new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags attached otherwise we won’t be able to exchange it.
- For exchanges, customers will cover both the return and forward SHIPPING FEES .
- If the item does not meet these conditions, we cannot process the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability requests can only be fulfilled if the item is still in stock.
