At Dryp, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and is governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

The original purchase invoice or order confirmation is provided.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

All return and exchange requests must be submitted exclusively through the Estebdal Return & Exchange Portal.

Requests submitted through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication channel will not be processed.

Please complete your request through the official Estebdal link available on our website.

3. Return at the Time of Delivery

If you decide not to receive your order, you may refuse the shipment only while the courier is delivering your order and before accepting it.

Once the order has been accepted, any return or exchange request must be submitted through the Estebdal Return & Exchange Portal within the applicable return period.

4. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

The item has not been worn, washed, or altered.

The item is free from stains, odors, or any signs of use.

All original tags and packaging are attached.

The product passes our quality inspection upon receipt.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Worn or used products.

Washed or altered items.

Products with missing tags or original packaging.

Customized or personalized items.

Products damaged due to improper use by the customer.

6. Exchanges

If your requested size or color is available, we will process the exchange after the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another suitable solution in accordance with applicable law.

7. Shipping Fees

If the return or exchange is requested due to a change of mind, size, or color, the customer is responsible for the applicable return and reshipping fees.

If the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with your order, Dryp will cover the applicable shipping costs in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection law.

8. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Dryp reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

9. Customer Support

Our customer support team is available daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Egypt Time).

For all return and exchange requests, please use the Estebdal Return & Exchange Portal. Customer support can assist with questions regarding your request but cannot manually create return or exchange requests outside the Estebdal system.
