• Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery through our courier. Once the order is received, returns will no longer be accepted.
•  Size exchange must be done within a maximum of 72 HOURS of receiving the order.

• The items must be new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags attached otherwise we won’t be able to exchange it.

• For exchanges, customers will cover both the return and forward SHIPPING FEES .
   
• If the item does not meet these conditions, we cannot process the exchange.

• Exchanges  are subject to product availability requests can only be fulfilled if the item is still in stock.
